lost door lock key!!!

truck came with rke from the factory but no remotes when i bought it (didnt even know it had keyless entry til i was running down my RPO codes) all i had to buy was a remote researching this is how i found out about making sure the fcc idd# matched

i would jsut go to the dealer around here they charged 20 bucks for the code and marked up price of the key like 10 bucks so u were looking at around 30 bucks.

I went to dealer first they wanted $60 per remote and then another $70 ea. to program them (which using the instructions that came with my ebay remote literally took 5 seconds)

Ok so I got a remote from the original owner,but the blazer doesnt have the AV0 code(I think its AV0or theAU0)in the glove box.So this remote that I have probably isnt even for the blazer, can someone tell me what this FCC id # Is from? L2C0007T it only has a lock unlock button. thanks ahead of time..

They gave me their Pontiac remote lol thanks ill give it back to them.

there are more than 1 code for keyless entry (AU0 and AX3 are 2 that I know of offhand)

(AV3 code says lock control,"sun roof,electric,remote closing" )can someone explain this, I have no sun roof so whatdo the other 2 mean?

Geez Louise! You'd THINK that dealers would be somewhat consistent in pricing....I guess not!!!
My local dealer programmed TWO remotes for me, for $34 total.

Which btw, was more than fair, considering it took him all of five minutes.
