Maintenance advice for my '99 2-door
Just picked up a '99 that has just passed 193k miles with no knowledge of prior maintenance. However, I do plan on doing the following ASAP:
Oil change, chassis lube, fuel filter change, spark plugs and possible spark plug wire change, trans. fluid, differential and transfer flush, coolant and hose change, fuel pump change, and sensors. Possibly the thermostat, as well.
I know that some of the above may not be necessary upon inspection. But, I'd like to know if there is anything I'm missing and should also check. Thanks in advance!

Seems you have everything covered. Oh yea clean the throttle body and replace air filter.

might as well clean the MAF sensor while your at it.

Take the MAF sensor apart to clean it. Just spray it with MAF cleaner and use a qtip to clean the senor. But be very careful because it can break easily.

Throttle body, air filter, and MAF cleaning added to the list. Thanks for the input!

Anything else, folks?

Don't forget to change the air in the tires!!! No telling if that is the stock air still in there or not!
Other than that I think you've got everything pretty much covered, though I wouldn't worry about the fuel pump unless you have reason to doubt it. Major PITA and pricey.

Great, thank you so much! I'll keep an eye on that air.
