making a brush guard viable replacement for winch bumper?

Default making a brush guard viable replacement for winch bumper?

Now I haven't looked at the brush guards very closely but is there any way to alter them to make them sturdy enough to be able to pull from them if you're stuck or attach a winch to?

This thought comes from the apparent lack of off road bumpers for these trucks

all depends on the brush guard, some are heavy duty and actually supply holes for tow hooks to be applied others will bend if you just lean on them
