Massive problem under dash

I believe the vacuum actuator in your hand is for the RECIR / FRESH air door. Not able to see in your 2nd picture the blend door actuator motor....did you remove it?
Only way I know of to fix this is to remove the dash and then you can take the air box apart to access the door.
Taking the dash out is not all that difficult, just requires taking notes as to which bolts/screws go where. The dash will rotate on pins on each side and you just lift it off and out. Best to have another set of hands as it is a bit awkard getting across the seats while holding the dash. Everything unplugs.

The blend door actuator hasn't been removed. Its up there in the top right of the photo. The middle left white thing I can move and it does move some type of door. I assume I safe to drive w/ that broken for now?

Okay...think I see the blend door actuator now.
Yep, safe to drive. I suggest taping the white thing in place, either in the RECIR or FRESH position...probably RECIR for Winter...although at this moment I am not sure which position is which. I guess you could make the selection on the HVAC panel for one or the other and note what the vacuum actuator does to determine which position is which.
