Default Misfire... almost taken care of....

alright.... first post for me here.

i recently purchased a 98 2dr blazer, with 107kmi, 4x4 and an automatic tranny. the truck is lifted approx. 4 inches and is running on 31x10.5 tires. i bought it knowing that it had a miss. it ran, but would miss between 1000 and 2000 rpms. in the rain, it rain horribly, and thats granted it even started. so i went ahead and did a tune-up (plugs, wires, cap and rotor. everything ACDelco). i got it running almost 100% but it still has the ever-so-lightest miss. it runs fine in the rain and i can only feel the miss while really getting on it, (something i havent been able to do since i bought it). anyways, can anyone help me out figure out where i should go from here to correct this slight mis?

Could be a problem with the spray pattern out of the injectors. Could be some bad sensor information... EGR valve not fully closing like its supposed to at WOT.
