Default Misfiring from cyl 1

So, my 1998 Chevy Blazer LS has been misfiring from cylinder 1 for i have no idea how long. Can't get inspected here in New York due to that.. (Stupid emissions)

Anyhow, replaced the injectors (not new, but plan on doing that soon enough)

Can't seem to figure out why it's misfiring..

Help?

Runs fine, just that stupid check engine light stays on and wont pass the NYS inspections..

When was the last time the plugs, wires, rotor, distributor cap were replaced?

Also get the code clear and make sure it still gets set.

Honestly, i have no idea.. My father has done a bunch of work to it while i was incarcerated for two years.. I've hardly drove this thing since I've owned it.. But i suppose i should look into all that information and report back here once i figure it out..

Edit:
The code has been cleared a few times, keeps coming back..

Edit #2:
Okay, my brother has informed me that the plugs&wires are about a month old, rotor is about 6 months old, distributor cap is about 6 months old. They went to a local junk yard and pulled the injectors from another Blazer.

Start with the basics.

1. Check for spark.
2. Check Compression.
3, Check fuel pressure.

Default Cylinder 4

I am having the same problem, but with Number 4 for about 3 months.

New rotor, cap, wires, plugs. Wires and plugs swapped. Changed LIM gasket as well (another issue). Fuel is 65 psi; however I can't do a leak down test because my $20 HF fuel gauge leaks itself! HF inline spark detector shows spark. Afterburner99 has suggested more than once to check compression. I am going to look hard for my lost (maybe stolen) gauge. If I can not find it, I'll buy one. I also plan to go into the plenum and inspect/clean/replace the #4 poppet.

I heard it could be a problem with ethanol gas, causing goop on the injectors, fuel filter, etc.. So gonna run some additive though the lines and hope it helps.. If not then i am going to just replace the injectors, fuel pump, and whatever else i can.. Just trying to pin point what the issue is so i don't have to go through the replace and pray part lol..
