Missing problem.

Missing problem.
I have this problem at highway speeds, but if I go faster then 60 it stops. I got a tune up done on it, but I want to change out my fuel filter to see if this helps. I can not find it anywhere, where is it and which side of the frame is it on?
Also if that isn't my problem I'm thinking 02 censors are bad I found 2, is there anymore? Before the tune up the truck ran like crap missed a lot and backfired and it hasn't done it since. Now it hesitates to a little when I start it up after it has been started up once (like in the morning) when the motor is already warm.
Thanks

Fuel filter is on drivers side framerail under/near the drivers floorboard. If the filter doesn't do the trick then you need to put a fuel pressure gauge on it... you may have a failing fuel pump.

Thanks for the info. Especially the last part, just what I DIDN'T want to hear. Any how I'll try for a fuel filter when I get paid this week.
