multiple issues 2000 blazer
I looked around at a few topics and didn't see a response to this exact issue but some had similar issues
I bought my blazer two days ago and have the following issues I need to fix
Heater and a/c do not work on any setting this is one of my main concerns as I have to drive a lot and it is rather cold where I live
Left tail light does not light up with DRL only if I manually turn on in the dash also causing rear left turn signal to not work
Right turn signal turns on on the dash but stays consistently lit and does not turn on on the exterior of vehicle
4x4 when engaged you can hear it try to engage under the blazer but light flashes on switch a few seconds and then turns off and stays in 2 hi
I have a 2000 Chevy blazer other small things are bad but as I said heater is the most important for me currently
Also if anyone has the wiring diagram for the drivers door on a 2000 and a 1995 blazer it would be appreciated no have to splice wires so I can make controls work on the door

This thread could get very confusing with so many problems. Best to start a new thread and describe each problem seperately.
As for the HVAC problem, we need to know if you have manual HVAC:
Or automatic climate control?:
The blower motor doesn't work on any setting? Is that correct?

1. In the instrument panel fuse block, "HVAC 1", fuse #21, 10 amp fuse, it must show battery voltage with the ignition in the run position. Do not remove the fuse to check it, check the terminals on the top of the fuse, next to the amperage rating:
2. Also check HVAC fuse #9, 20 amp fuse, the same way as above.
On the evaporator housing under the hood, (right rear of the engine compartment) is the blower motor resistor. One electrical connector with 4 wires: Brown, tan, dark blue, and light blue. Unplug the connector from the resistor.
3. With the ignition in the run position, HVAC mode switch in HEAT position, blower on speed "1", the brown wire must show battery voltage.
4. With the ignition in the run position, HVAC mode switch in HEAT position, blower on speed "2", the tan wire must show battery voltage.
5. With the ignition in the run position, HVAC mode switch in HEAT position, blower on speed "3", the light blue wire must show battery voltage.
Plug the connector back on the resistor and post the results for all 5 steps.
