My buddy has a rebuild tranny 4L60E AT tranny with under 20k miles he wants 800 for. Will it fit in my 99 Blazer ZR2 LT model?? Both are 4x4. I have done some reading and i have so far found a few things saying prolly not and no yes's but no solid NOs either.

Any input would be greatly appreciated

I imagine it is based on the transfer cases more than anything.... But a few older members will chime in soon about your situation, just be a little patient lol

 

just check to make sure the cable shifter connects the same, and the plug(s) aare the same.
cases would bolt in but just double check the electronics,
according to interchange programs a 94 tranny won't fit in a 93... but we swapped it and didn't notice any differences...
