Need better brakes

I have a 95 and the brakes arent cutting it, I would like to convert the rear to disc brakes, is it possible to swap out withparts from anewerBlazer with rear disc brakes???

Fixed a whoops.

I believe you need a new axle with discs, not just a simple swap of parts to drop the drum and add the rotor[&o]

What are disc brakes? Are those the ones that stay on the whole time you're driving so the person behind you has absolutely no clue when you actually are stopping???LMAO!!! I'm not too sure about the part compatibility....what kindof pads are you runnin in the front? You could also check that the adjuster on your rear drums and make sure that they aren't stuck....

Fixed another whoops.

I have replaced the front 2 times and the back once in the last 5 months, the back do tend to get stuck so I adjust them often, I drive it 200 miles a day loaded full of heavy tools and I live in a hilly area and drive stop and go Los Angeles traffic, I think 4 wheel disc would be better if it is as easy as swaping the rearend and rebuild the pistions.
