Default need a clip for my cruise control cable.

Sup All!

Does anyone know where you can find a new clip for my cruise control cable (The black clip that keeps it on the throttle body.)

Mine broke and I cant seem to find one anywhere.

Also, what about tie strapping the cable to the throttle pin. Think that would hold long?

Thanks All,

Wade.

Default RE: need a clip for my cruise control cable.

If the dealer doesn't have it, the junkyard is your next best solution. I've been there, done that. Lost the clip when I was doing my first throttle body cleaning. Worst part was that the truck was parked on grass! I did end up finding it then (as I was about to go to the junkyard I looked down and there it was). I tried quite a few different methods to try to hold it on and none allowed it to twist like it was supposed to. If you had a very small tie strap, you might be able to get it to hold, but even my smallest ones were too wide.
