Default Need help with ABS Control Module

Chevy Blazer 2002

While driving the ABS indicator lights on. Diagnoses revealed problems with ABS Control Module. Replacement or repair? Your experience...
Of course the replacement is the easier way but $$$ . How about repair?

What trouble code did the diagnostic show? A very common reason for the ABS light coming on is failure of one of the front wheel sensors. Another problem (which I have experienced myself) is when a front hub bearing goes bad & upsets the air gap between the ABS sensor & the toothed pulse ring in the hub itself.

there a youtube vid that shows you how to fix the module...I thought it was going to be a nightmare but I did it and it was easy...solder fix...open with sharp knife, fix 8 spots, seal lid, ABS light gone!

The special service diagnosed code C0265. They said this is a very common problem by Chevrolet and GMC. They offered to contact to the dealer or special repair service. Repair or replacement? Any experience?

Thank you for interesting information but I am not sure I can do that herself))
So I found guys in Van Nuys who really helped me. I read a lot of reviews online about these services and I must say the customers had very good experience. Following the advice I got in touch with guys from Module Repair Pro Inc. They are from Van Nuys CA. tested the module on a special test stand and repaired with upgraded components . Good quality and reasonable price.
If you are interested I can give you more information

I'm getting the same lights.. Replaced the control module, was ok for about a day, then came back.

I'm guessing it might be that ground wire...
