Need help identifying part next to oil filter adapter

Need help identifying part next to oil filter adapter
Right next to the oil filter bracket. Has a rubber nose, hoses running in to the back of it, and is mounted on a triangle shaped bracket that you can see barely in the picture (Sorry for bad picture). Need to know what its called. Thank you in advance.
