Default Need help quick please

My catalytic converter has been rattling for about a week or so but today I almost lost all acceleration just didn't want to go barley got it to 35mph and feel very little flow out tail pipe. Does anyone know the pipe size on these things it's a 2004 blazer. Need to figure out OD and ID sized so I can cut it off and weld up something

It doesn't need to be welded if you get the right one. Just go to the auto parts store and tell them about your vehicle. They will give you the right cat. Any other option besides replacing the cat with the correct part (or a universal cat that works for your truck) is against federal law

It's a Walker part #93239, and it's less than 80 bucks from Rock Auto. Any muffler shop should be able to weld it in for you in about 15 minutes.

I'm pretty sure it's 2-1/2", but 30 seconds with a tape measure would tell you for sure.

This seems correct. A lot of folks on here have upgraded to a 3" pipe for the deeper sound.
