Default Need help w/ 2 parts identification

My 98 LS 4 dr 4x4 is smashed up and I can't figure out 2 parts to replace. I've done a lot of looking through Haynes and Chilton manuals, LMC parts books, google, and this forum but can't find anything useful.

I've uploaded pictures of what i have left.
-The plastic/rubber piece circled in white (some kind of U shaped air channel i assume?) between the condenser and grille
-The other piece looks like its maybe vacuum operated or emissions related with the rubber/spring and gold colored ring around it in the other two pictures and is located passenger side below the battery box and behind the headlights

The second and third are your vacuum actuator. It is for your 4x4
I cannot tell what is in the first pic.
