Exclamation Need a little help

I have a 2002 S10 Blazer LS 4 wheel 4 door. I just bought a set of Halo Projection headlights. The problem is my oem lights are 2 bulb. And the new ones are single bulb. Can I wire them up, do I have to change my wire harness or what. I do know alittle but I don't wanna burn stuff up.

Hmmm are the Halo Projectors off ebay? And do they have a spot for high beam and low beam? A pic would help....

If the new projector has a spot for high and low you should be able to wire it up but if it was me I would replace high and low with HID. Those projectors usually come stock with H1 bulbs so make sure you order the H1 HID kit if you go that route...

. Yeah I got the projector light from ebay. It was from DotComRacing. I haven't recieved them yet. My dumb *** didn't think about the bulb situation til it was already ordered. It says it comes with 2 9005 H1 bulbs. I don't know if these help. This is all new to me. I greatly appreciate the help man.

Ok so your Blazer should have a set of lowbeams and a set of highbeams, for a total of 4 bulbs (2 per side) High beams are 9005 and low beams are 9006. Thos projectors from what I can tell have H1 for the projector (low beam and 9005 for the high beam.

You should be able to plug your factory highbeam plug into the back of the new headlight assembly. As far as your H1 low beams..... If you want it to be plug and play you will need to order a 9006 HID kit and then order H1 HID bulbs. The 9006 Kit will plug into your factory Lowbeam plug and the H1 HID bulbs will plug into the ballast.

So basically you just swap out the 9006 HID bulbs for the H1 HID bulbs.
Have you ever wired up HID before?

No i've never done HID. Where would be a good place to pick up the kit. How much do they usually run.

On ebay you can find a 9006 hid kit for about 50 bucks shipped and then you will need to order H1 HID bulbs by themselves for around 20 bucks just search around.Untill then your new headlights should come with bulbs and you can install them with the wire harness they come with. Your high beams are a direct plug on the back of the new headlight assembly and your low beams should have a plug and play harness. So you can install them and order your hid stuff later.
