Default need new radiator-options/opinions

well i had my coolant leak solved for a few weeks, then tonight its leaking again, where the tank joins the core, drivers side. looked online and found one for around 100 that was a single-core, 2 row core is around 130. both look to have plastic tanks. is there any with alumminum or brass end tanks like they used to make back in the day? id rather go with a 2 row core vs a single, just for added piece of mind, whats in it stock? will it overcool with a 2 row core radiator vs the single? current temp runs right around 190, little less if its cold out and the heaters going. little more in the summer when towing. on edit i ordered from this company, 5th one down, all alumminum and not a bad price:

http://www.discountautoradiator.com/...universal:0%29 what i was finding locally was around $130 and almost 150 through napa, all had plastic end tanks. there was one on that site i ordered from that was a 2-row core, but id rather have the alumminum end tanks than the 2-row, all the other replacements were single-row. its not like i tow heavy loads daily in the summer. with tax & shipping my cost came to a total of $136.41
