Need an opinion...
I am changing my rear drum brakes today, and would you guys suggest I do my front pads too? I already changed my rotors and the pads look pretty good, but would it just make sense to do them all at once? I've never done them on this truck so I don't know the last time they were done. Thanks in advance
It's possible that the previous owner did the front pads, but since the majority of the braking is handled through the front wheels, I would consider replacing the pads. If they look good to you, then it's your call.
Inspect them at a Minimum...
Service them if it makes you feel better (Check rotor, de-glaze pads)
if you are an OCD freek like me... $300 for a good nights sleep for several weeks isnt a bad price. get the cross-drilled high performance Brembos and new pads to match...
wait... what about the Calibers....
replace those too... flush all of the lines... just to make sure....
clean fluid reservoir with a q-tip, denatured alcohol and a toothbrush before the flush.
