changed heatercore and now tranny is shifting all weird. it is shifting from first at about 5mph then out of second at 10mph. also noticed if i put it in 1st gear it is shifting out of first and into second...? is there any wires or things in the dash that could have got messed up when i took it off that had to do with shifting?? need major help? also had a misfire on cyl.4 changed plug,wires,cap and rotor..checked compression and motor is still mising and suggestions on what to check next..also the tccm box was making all kinds of weird noises when i would put it in gear.clicking noise does it effect the shifting or only with 4wheel drive?? please help!!!

 

You probably disturbed the wiring harness to the ECM that is located behind the glovebox, or behind the passenger kick panel. Check all the cable plugs to see if they are connected good to the ECM.
