most likely a blown fuse. check your fuse box under the hood

if the fuse is good then disconect the horn and have some one else press the horn button and you should see 12 volts at the horn connnector

There are two things for the horn in the fuse box. I checked the simple fuse but I dont know how to get out the big guy to check it.

thats probally the horn relay, you can swap it with another realy of the same number and see it that works.

It just pulls out. Mine was good so I ended up pulling the air bag, follow all instructions to deactivate the air bag system. There are 4 screws in each corner holding down 4 copper plates, pull the plates out, hit them lightly with steel wool and turn them over and reinstall everything.

Thanks for the response knwollen but I ended up taking it back to the car dealer. Everything I looked at looked fine so I had no clue. Come to find out there was an aftermarket alarm installed and that was what was making the horn not work.
