need some input on my 95 Blazer
My husband and I just got our blazer about 2 weeks ago. It ran GREAT for about the first week. It still runs good, BUT it will NOT start after being driven for about 20 minutes to a half a hour. It turns over, but it's not getting any gas for it to fire. It has stalled on my husband once, since this has started. We took it to our mechanic TWICE, all he can say is that "It don't like us", because he can find NOTHING wrong with it and it does not act up for him. He also does NOT drive it for more than 5 minutes. So obviously that mechanic is fired. I suggested that maybe there is something blocking the fuel pump OR filter, and he told me that's impossible and that would NOT stop the Blazer from running. Does he think I'm stupid, just because I'm a woman?!?! So I'm bringing it somewhere else, but I would still like some input from all of you out there.
So what do you all think it could be? I would LOVE to hear what the rest of you think.
Thanks, Wendy

Are you sure it's not getting any gas? My guess would be the fuel pump if it's not. Check the fuel pressure when it won't start. Could be a bad connection somewhere also. If the fuel filter hasn't been replaced go ahead and do that first- it's cheap and easy to do. It's on the frame rail on the driver's side.

Fuel Pump may get warm and quit working
Fuel Pump Relay may get warm and quit working
Fuel Spider may be bad
Fuel Pressure Regulator may be takin a crap too...
could be a bunch of other sensors and other stuff too, but I would start with these few things...
good luck, keep us posted as to what is going on too.
thanks!

I FINALLY got some answers
Thanks to those of you who responded and gave me some input. I brought to a HIGHLY recommended mechanic and he discovered that the Fuel injectors are bad. He also found a bunch of other little quirks wrong with it, but this is THE main problem that is causing it to act up. Have a great day everyone and GOD BLESS YOU ALL!
