New here and need some help..
Long story short. I dont know the first thing about 4wd.. I have a 700 hp mustang and you could ask me anything about that and I could tell you....
My wife has a blazer that before we got to together she had ran over a big huge rock.. Haha..I know .. Well this thing has a 5 inch suspension lift and huge tires.. She broke the swaybar mount to the lower control arm.. The two front wheels are going crazy asfar as being straight.. I think I might need new bushing which I ordered.. The car had not been drove in like almost 2 years.. Its a 98 ls 4wd.. I changed the ps pump and the thermostat.. Cleaned out the raditor but it was so rusted that I could only put in about a half bottle of antifreeze.. What should I do as far as getting this thing road worthy.. My biggest copncern is the tires and the control arms.. I will take some piucs tonight if that will help...

Looks like you'll need new ball joints at the least, possibly new wheel bearings as well... You won't know until you tear into it.
The sway bar end link is the worst of your worries at this point.

^ ditto.
If it were my truck.
Replace the front ball joints, both uppers and lowers, replace the tie rod ends, new brakes on all 4 corners, including calipers up front and new brake hoses. bleed the brake system of all old fluid, and finally a complete tune up (plugs, wires, cap and rotor, air filter, fuel filter, and pvc valve). Plus oil and oil filter change, and tranny flush.
As for the radiator, by a flush kit and chop into the heater core intake hose. Then drop the lower rad hose off the water pump and remove the thermostat. Then stuff a garden hose in all four openings to flush that bad boy in all directions, engine and rad.
Being a '98 and sitting the vacuum hoses and rad/heater hoses may need to be replaced as well.
that ought to get you back on the road. After all that front end work, get an alignment.
5" lift and would those be 33" tires?
