Default New Ignition switch electrical issues

99 Blazer, 241k mi. Recent work done in last 2 wks, LIM gasket replaced been running fine. Yesterday, made 1 stop on way home and no cluster/dash lights, engine would turn over but no fire. I checked all fuses, etc.. nothing blown.

I let it sit overnite below zero temps and tried it in the morning it started right up. Drove it home put it in shop and went to clean up for work, came out same thing no cluster lights, engine turns over, but no fire. Check all fuses again, nothing blown.

Jumped online and searched the forums here and figured ignition switch is culprit.
I pulled it out and cleaned up the contacts, put it back together and engine started right up. However..... I still have no cluster lighs, fuel gauge not working, 4wd switches don't work, hvac system does not work, cruise does not work, but.... the radio works only in run position, in acc postion radio does not work.
I drove to town got a new ignition switch Delco,
and installed it, engine starts right up, no security telltale issues.

However...... still no cluster lights, no hvac, no fuel gauge, no 4wd control. Radio only works in run positon.
I have pulled and checked every fuse under the hood and driver's side panel, did not find any fuses blown.

I have searched thru threads, but did not find a clue as to what the problem is.

Is there another set of fuses or fusable links that I should check?

Any other ideas?

See if you have power to the fuses in the passenger compartment fuse panel, not just that the fuses are good, then follow the harness down the column, make sure wiring is not frayed or one of the connectors is loose where they turn upwards close to the brake pedal. if you can leave something on so you can see a change as you wiggle all the wiring.

Left the battery disconnected overnite. This morning cleaned and smeared a lite coat of die-electric grease on the ground connections of the battery to frame and the cable at the rear of engine to fire, plus the connection to engine fuse box.
Put everything back together, engine starts right up. Still have no fuel gauge, not control of 4wd selection, no control of hvac equip. Radio works in Run position, but NOT in Accessory position. My scanner shows no codes. Gonna stop by shop that did the LIM gasket work and have them check with their scanner.
Changing out this ignition switch should not be this complicated

Update: shop owner connected scanner.... no codes, nothing.
Next, using a 12v probe he went thru fuse boxes. Finally....... found the culprit
you could not tell by looking at it, but fuse was faulty. The fuse was a 50 amp
in the RAP slot, replaced it and all systems working.
