Question New member. A little help please.

I have a 00 Jimmy 4x4. Recently started idling irratic and high. Found it to be a vacuum leak. My problem is where the pcv and other vacuum line go into the plastic piece that locks into the upper intake manifold. One of the plastic tabs is broken and the gasket is split.
A few months back I did the manifold gaskets as I had the notorious coolant leak between the head and mani.At that time I noticed the tab on the plastic piece to be broken (gasket was fine then) so I just put it back on and had no probs till now...
Anyhow, the question is : what is that piece called and where do I get it? Ive searched like crazy on this site as well as ac delco pn# search with no results. Figured I'd create an account and ask here before I hit the junkyard or stealership. The only # on it is 12552750.
Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Ended up running to the local junkyard as I couldnt find a local auto parts store that carried the doorman part. Took me 10 mins to find a blazer that the mani was sitting loose on top of with the piece intact. Thanks for the quick response.
