New Power Steering Pump in!
It's possible that I did work unnecessary. The entire front end was bathed in oil. I looked multiple times for a leak but it was difficult to spot with 100% of front of engine with engine had oil splashed everywhere. The majority of the oil seemed to be on the power steering pump. Between the pump and pulley. I figured the seal went bad and the drip was just being blasted everywhere with the fan. Now, I'm no to sure that's the case. I removed the old pulley and examen the seal after I degreased the entire pump. See picture. But what really got me second guessing was noticing a drip on one of the oil lines. Now, this is after I power washed the entire bottom and front lower half. Could it be the oil was from the remote oil filter lines. As GM owners know, those crimps are notorious for leaking, and wouldn't you know it that crimp is right under the power steering pump.
Also seeing the amount of work it takes to do this job.I also replaced the pressure line for the pump, as I was doing all the other work anyway. I replaced the Idle pulley and Tension pulley with GM parts. The belt was replaced with alternator with less than 20k miles and still looks new, plus it's a Bando USA.

When it takes so much effort to get to a part, it makes to replace others that could be at the end of their life too.
As for the oil, yeah that is tough to tell. You'll have to drive it around and see if the oil comes back.
