Default New sending unit and lines won't run

Hi new member here, I have a 95 4 door that had a fuel leak in the supply line by the tank. Dropped the tank and changed lines and filter also put in a new fuel pump and sending unit. Ran good before but now sputters and won't stay running, smells really rich too. Any idea what's going on?

Update, checked fuel pressure and have 70# at key on then cranking goes off the chart. I'm thinking new pump is bad or I kinked a return line maybe? Any ideas?

Update 2 dropped the tank and didn't find any problems with the new lines. Spectra lists specs at 70 to 130 psi for the new pump, thought that was high but puts it in line with what I'm seeing. Does seem to be bleeding off quickly so I guess I look at the pressure regulator next also before I started this job it would be hard starting if the truck sat for 2 or more days but I just thought it was the fuel bleeding off because of the leaking supply line so maybe the regulator has been going for a while?
