That could be your horn then.

I got an 88 corsica for free, it had a push button screwed to the dash for a horn, not antenna, 3 bolts holding the drivers seat, 2 holding the passenger seat, rear seat back rest wasn't attached to the body, rear tail lights were TUCK TAPE, wire holding the trunk down, drivers wiper worked only.

Stereo was a whole new story lol. Built a wooden box and slid into a gap under dash and floor, two tweeter speakers under the front seats, 2 10" speakers(not subs) on the rear dash behind the rear set, 2 12" subs in the trunk.

1 summer tire, 1 winter tire, and 2 all season tires.

 

I bought a 91 Wrangler in that condition once. The drivers seat was ratchet strapped to the frame.
