Default No Floor Heat... Vacuum Module?

Hey guy's i got a 2000 blazer with no floor heat. All the other vents work such as the defrost and main body vents. The only ones that i'm having trouble with are the floor/feet vents. I'm thinking that its probably the vacuum module but i don't have a book to know where its at. If anyone has any info if this is to much work for a couple people in a garage and where this vacuum module would be located i'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks Joe

Anytime. I hope mine never bites the dust as I have no place to work on it nor a 2nd vehicle to drive while I pull the dash. If it ever happens to mine, I'll just pony up the money and take it to a dealer.
