Angry No Fuel

I have a 2000 Chevy Blazer. The vehicle started this about 2 months ago. When I turn the ignitition key to the normal starting point you will normally hear the fuel pump running. Well mine occasionally with not run and intern the blazer will not start. I have pulled the fuel tank down and there is no electric going to the fuel pump even when the ignition key is turned to run position.

I have heard this is a common problem!!! Note the blazer has 103,000 miles.

Any help would be appreciated.

I will assume that you have checked and/or replaced the fuse and the relay.

When the truck does not start, have you noticed the 'security' light being illuminated on the dash? If so, the ignition switch is highly suspect.
