Your heater core is probably plugged. You need to do a rad/coolant flush as the first guy suggested. It should clear any blockage that might be in the system. I'm not sure why the other guy told you it was fine...there is no way to see the heater core from looking at the rad. He is right though, your rad is probably fine. It's your core that's plugged.
If it still doesn't work after the flush you may have to replace your heater core. Start with a system flush though.

Your rad probably is fine as I said. But you can't tell if your system is plugged just by looking at the radiator. The flush clears the entire cooling system and gets rid of any blockages or gunk inside. A flush should only cost around 60$ if you get it done in a shop (might not include the price of coolant).
BTW - Try and take the time to type out your post right. It's very hard to read with the constant spelling mistakes and lack of punctuation lol.
Let us know how the flush goes and whether or not that fixes your problem

Once the truck is up to full operating temperature, feel the heater core hoses. If they are both the same temperature (relatively), then your core is likely flowing coolant properly. There is still the possibility of a restriction, but that is a good indicator. If one is cool and the other is warm, then you likely have a restricted core.

Check your spelling guy.
Mine takes longer to get to operating temp since I did a flush so I won't get heat for ten minutes or so now.
Did he put in a factory thermostat or a lower temp one? I know when I put a 180*F in my car I didn't get as warm of heat and the 160*F don't give out any heat.

It sounds to me like the mechanic that changed the thermostat and radiator, must not have flushed the dexcool out of the heater core and put regular coolant in pace of dexcool and possible gelled up the heater core. Back flush the core with a garden hose with low pressure (High Pressure with blow the pipes in the core...found out the hard way) a few times or have a shop do it. It should work...If not, you'll need a new heater core.

I have the same problem... Its freezing in CT with 12 inches of snow and i have no heat. I flushed out the heater core and replaced the thermostat and gasket. Still no heat. My only other idea is the blend door actuator. I saw in the forums a step by step to check and replace it if necessary without taking the entire dash apart. I will try to find it and post it but thats my last resort before I start replacing heater cores.
