no heat?

Default no heat?

i have a 1996 4.3L six, just recently it quit blowing hot air.I replaced the thermostat and i still don't have any heat,i also checked the fuse and the fuse was good. i am stumped. can you help me i,m willing to try anything to get my heat back, thanks

door actuator or heater core probably

With the engine warm, feel both heater hoses close to the firewall. If one is warm and the other is cool, the heater core is plugged up. I had this problem with mine and flushed it out and I have heat again.

I would like to Thank Blazinloud and S14sh3r for your advice on my Blazer.i flushed it, and my heat is now back again!! Thank You once again!!!

i had this problem also, had to flush the heater core a few times and blow the rust out, heat is back workin again

Glad to hear you got it working again. No heat in the winter really really sucks.

YEA,i know what you mean, that's what i was dreading, But thank God it only needed to be flushed.
