OK....I´m sure that no more air in the system
All modes(defrost etc) work correctly and the vacuum switch could not work better.
Renew the thermostat and radiator cap.
Still cold.......

This now sounds like a blend door problem... Not having an s-series anymore, I can't just go outside and fiddle with mine to be able to better help you... Let me see what my references say...

Wow, great literature, thanks. Thats awesome.
But, I can hear the blend doors open and close und the different ventilation.
But I have to try this, it´s the last exit ;-)

can i ask a silly question? I`m not trying to be a wisedonkey, but the thermostat wasnt put in upside down was it??? what does your temp guage read on the dash????

possible the switch itself is broken? You think you are setting the climate control to hot, when it's still staying at the cold setting? Just a guess!
