Default Noise

I have a 98 Jimmy 4wd that I upsized my tires on. Went to 31"s.. They were fine no problems. That was about 3 or 4 months ago. Recently I started hearing a noise from my front wheels. At first I thought my aluminum tag on the front was rattling but I took it off and listened closer it was definetly from the front wheels and it only did it when the car went on "uneven" road and bounced a little. I have considered that it is rubbing but It doesnt sound like that. More of a creaking or rattle when the i go over bumps,

All that said any idea what it could be is it possible it is anything really serious that i need to run to the shop like yesterday for.

If you cranked the t-bars it could be that with the tires and the increase in the cv joint angles that the cv joints are going bad, or it is a bad shock, maybe a ball joint or wheel hub. It could be a number of things and we would need to know some more info, like was it lifted what is the mileage on it? Hope this helps.
