Whenever I turn the AC or heat on, no matter which speed I hear this noise coming from or sounds like its coming from the driver side. The faster I go the louder it gets. Soon as I turn the AC/Heat off, the noise goes away. Any ideas?

1999 Blazer

Kinda hard to hear now that I have it uploaded, can hear it better on phone

 

Just a side note, the AC compressor and accumulator were replaced, the compressor just died and had no oil in it, still had a lot of Freon but what leaking at the accumulator.
