You got that right!!!

Those are the plugs I am getting.

And if I ever decide to fix the oil leak...yes again...new front cover....plastic...ugh....the relearn will be required....which adds a whole new problem of how to get the vehicle to a shop for this without driving it???...more reasons as to why I doubt that I ever fix this.

The relearn "synchronizes" the sensor with the crankshaft reluctor wheel. If the relearn is not performed the PCM will continue to use data from the previous relearn. The engine should still start & run, however, all calculations and commands that the PCM makes involving ignition timing, injector timing, injector pulse width, EGR, etc etc will not be accurate.
