Nonstop heat

Yes recently bought 2000 chevy s10 blazer ls 4x4 have constant heat in cabin no heat or air on or blower.have automatic climate control haven't used it wondering how to fix

Two common failures are the vacuum hoses in the engine compartment leaking which deprives vacuum to the HVAC control doors, and a broken blend door controller.
