Default Number 3 Sparkplug removal

I know that are several ways of changing this plug on 2nd generation vehicles. The first time I did this about 3 years ago I disabled the steering column. This time I purchased an Offset socket from Snap On Tools part Number S9723. (5/8 offset 12 point)
Being experience now with both ways I highly recommend this tool. My only regret is that I did not make one myself. It would be easy to fabricate with some old sockets and a brazing rod.

This is not for 1st generation vehicles---those are easy to remove through the fenderwall.

Yeah, that's the same one 'black powder' mentioned in this thread. Good to know it works as described.
