O2 sensor

O2 sensor
I have 2 obd codes I cannot get to clear, Powertrain P0151 HO2S Circuit Low Voltage Bank 2 Sensor 1 and Powertrain P0154 HO2S Circuit Insufficient Activity Bank 2 Sensor 1.
I replaced the o2 sensor after the cat, cleared the codes drove for a couple days and my light came back on with these 2 codes.
I can't seem to find any tech notes on how to clear these, any help is much appreciate, thanks fellas

RE: O2 sensor
how many O2 sensors are in the system? perhaps there is one further up that is tripping the codes?? and usually when an O2 sensor keeps going out, it is due to a bad CAT.

RE: O2 sensor
there are 2, the codes coming up are from the one after the cat, bank 2 is after, bank 1 is before, I did have a 3rd code that cleared P01154 I believe, which was for the actual sensor after the cat, these two codes seem to denote some type of power shortage or something like that, so I am curious and trying to confirm if there is something else I can to or test. I don't have a problem changing out the bank 1 sensor (before the cat), but from the code descripton it sounds like this is a power issue. I have been trying to find any type of site that will give a remedy to these codes and I can only seem to find the code description.

RE: O2 sensor
no..bank 1 and bank 2 should be the side of the engine...a V6 has 2 banks...i used to work for a state emissions shop, and i have changed alot of O2 sensors...for instance, on a emissions scanner, it will even assist as to what cylinder head is bank and which is bank 2.
some vehicles have the basic O2 which are right before and right after...some have them alo up closer to the engine...before the Y pipe...im not sure on your vehicle if there is more, but tehre very well may be, so that the OBDII can detect which cylinder bank is creating an issue...
