Default Odd Symptoms

So, I have been having some issues where the truck seems to be sluggish from first to second. No noted flares with the shifting. Tranny is a used tranny and fluid and filter were recently changed. Tranny shop said fu=luid was clean with no signs of metal. Plugs, wires, cap/rotor, fuel filter and PCV valve all new(er). Air filter clean (K&N). Seems to be an intermittent problem where it'll run fine and other times it seems like I have to stand on the throlttle to get anything out of it. Also, I do not know if it is common on the Blazer, but I find it shift (downshifts) quite a bit rather than just a smooth acceleration. Even if it is subtle, it seems like the tranny is always "shifting" or doing something.

Any thoughts or ideas?

Thanks
