Default oil pressue gauge = 0

Hey y'all, it's been awhile, but I have a question. On my 2000 ls 4.3 4wd, the check gauges lite came on and the oil pressure gauge is 0. It's probably the sensor, but I couldn't find it where they say it's supposed to be, but I'm disabled now and can't bend over the engine compartment like I used to. please advise.
EDIT: I found a diagram that shows where it is. My son might be able to get to it....

also while feeling around back there I did find a small vacuum hose that is disconnected from something back there. Any ideas on that before I take it to the shop? EDIT: been searching all the vacuum system diagrams and still can't figure out this 1/8' vacuum line.

Thanks
John
