Oil and Trans Cooler Line Connections at Radiator

Oil and Trans Cooler Line Connections at Radiator
Anything at the radiator fittings need replaced for the 4 lines when going back together, other than the retaining clips? This is a 2001 4WD.

You can use thread sealer on the fitting, and there is an O ring inside the fitting. Needs to be oil rated for the oil cooler lines, and transmission fluid rated for the trans lines, (different O rings).
