I have an extra 91 s10 4x4 TBI 4.3 radiator. Will it work in front of my 99 4.3 Bravada awd Vortec? she done sprung a leak....notsobravo.

 

I don't know. How I research this problem is to look up both the 91 and the 99 S-10 models in a net catalog like Rock Auto and look at the same rad. with the same options and then compare the two part numbers. If they are the same part nos , then yes, they should swap. Don't forget the Engine oil cooler and the trans cooler---you must have the same coolers and the same fittings on both for the swap to work !

 

thank you sir good to know! not sure I've ever seen the engine oil cooler be part of the rad before... isn't that a good way to get a false oil coolant mix that's not Lim related?

 

Think of a rad inside a rad... if you look at Christine's thread of her installing one inside her aluminum rad, you'll get a good idea the inners.
