One Problem after another... HOOD.
Okay So i was working on my back speakers and i was going to pop the hood to disconnect the battery. little did i know my hood wont pop up. either the wire is stretched or is snapped. I could get under the front hood and pry my fingers under with someone pulling the latch but i still couldnt get it open, is their a way to manually get it open?
Thanks in advance!

cant help you get it open but when it is, to prevent this (as long as the cable isnt snapped : Hood is stuck/doesn’t pop every time/requires a special ‘tap’ to open: Take a look at the latch mechanism. Hose down the whole assembly with carb cleaner. After it dries, grease it with spray on white lithim grease.
or just plain WD 40 or PB Blaster

Mine did this- it felt like nothing was happening when I pulled the lever, but the latch was actually working. If I slammed the driver's door the hood would pop up. I picked up a spring from a full size truck from a junk yard and twisted it together with my hood spring so it has more upward force when I pull the lever. It works great now.
