Just about finished putting my 95 Blazer with 4.3 CMFI after replacing heads.Although there are numerous sensor wires, I have figured out where most of them go except an orange sensor connector. By the length of it it goes on the drivers side of the engine. I found the ones for the Map,AIC, both temp sensor wires and the knock sensor.
Also I have a round black plug with 2 females connectors on the pass. side. It does not go to the knock sensor as I found that one.
Any ideas??

P.S. On my engine, the alternator is on the drivers side.

 

Found out the orange wire goes to the alternator. Was not a sensor wire afterall.

 

a/c pressure switch? only knock and a/c sensors have that style plug i think,maybe high side switch on the back of compressor
