Agree completely with the above from Mike.308. You need to focus on getting the truck running before focusing on your fuel trims. When you first start your truck, and until you are at operating temp your system will operate in Open Loop. Meaning, the truck is not paying attention to the data from the O2 and sensors....not until the truck goes into Closed Loop. In other words, when you first start your truck and for the first few minutes or so, your truck should be idling and driving normally based off stored data. So the fuel trims at this point don't really matter.
