P0102 code

Once you have all of the stuff in front of you, putting it together is a snap. The longer the better with the 3/8" injection line. 5 or 6 feet makes it very easy to use, but that stuff is expensive

Got my blazer back from the shop. The plug connecting the MAF was bad. Apperently i did not check that good enough.
After the plug was fixed the catalytic converter code poped. New cat installed it passed emissions.
Still runs exactly the same as before. Waste of time money and resources.
Thanks for emissions program useless government. Read as sarcasm.

That's not sarcasm, it's the truth! You can thank your Democrat legislators once again for forcing you to spend money.

So I got a new MAF sensor for $30 on Ebay and decided to by it just on the off chance that the MAF was bad. While installing it I had a vacuum line that looked somewhat suspect, so I replaced that. So that was saturday and the check engine light was still on. I drove it again yesterday and today and the check engine light is off. However, the P0102 code is still listed in the fault list. I will check the fuel pressure later this week when the rain stops.

I've had a few people PM me with the same problem. Not sure what the deal is, possibly something to do with the brand of fuel filter being used. Try a Dorman 800-082, (straight) or 800-086, (90 degree bend). They both use a plastic clip rather than the spring lock, (cheaper too
).

I used an ACdelco filter. I just ordered a pair of the 800-086 from Amazon. None of my local part stores had them in stock. I'm not sure why they only sell in pairs.

I got my 800-806 fittings today I used prime but got them in 1 day. So I hooked it up and turned the key on. The gauge shot right up to 85 psi, and was around 64 after 10 minutes. This might been a little off since the gauge was leaking around the relief valve
After 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes.
