Hi I too am having problems with the P0102 mass air flow code. I tried cleaning my original MAF it did not help. I got a rebuilt MAF at nappa. It is still kicking the code.
I was also getting the P0141 oxygen sensor code. I replaced that sensor it still did not help. I noticed my 4X4 would not work. found the vacuum line came off the diafram under the battery. I put a hose clamp on the line. The 4X4 works and the P0141 code stopped.
I have looked for other vacuum leaks but found none so far. Going to blow smoke into the vacuum lines tomorrow evening. Hopefully the smoke will help. I am still getting the P0102 code.
If i have any luck solving it i will post it here. GOOD LUCK.

Another thing i have to check tomorrow. Just found in the Haynes repair manual the MAF should read 4.0 to 9.0 grams per second at normal operating temperature at idle. I think mine was only 0.01.

Haynes/Chilton are not known for their accuracy, and yet again, they don't let us down. Don't trust it. 4.0 g/s to 9.0 g/s is a huge window, and if you're at 9.0 g/s there is a serious problem going on. Should be 4.6 g/s. A far more accurate way to measure MAF is frequency, should be 2285 Hz. Engine idling in closed loop operation, normal operating temperature, transmission in park or neutral, closed throttle, all accessories OFF.
Do yourself, and your wallet, a big favor and lose the Haynes manual
Genuine GM "dealer issue" shop manual will give you complete and correct information every time. Ebay usually has used ones. They are year/model specific, 3K+ pages, one model year vs Haynes 300 pages of incomplete and or incorrect info covering 10 model years.

Low fuel pressure could be the issue. This thread explains: https://blazerforum.com/forum/2nd-ge...eakdown-88305/
