I have a 2000 chevy blazer, having troubles after i replaced the B2S1 and now i have a p0154 code. I have tested continuity from the connector to the vcm and everything is good. When i had the key on but engine not running it was running at 477 mv. Not really sure if its a bad ground or not. Please helpppp

 

Do you have a scanner that can graph the o2 sensor signal?

i only have a bluetooth autel scanner that shows the mV

 

Graphing is best but since you do not have that ability can you watch the O2 sensor voltages and see if they switch up and down and if so to what voltage levels?

it stays at 447 mV constant even with key on but engine not running and while driving it

Oh. I just watched it on my scanner app didn't even think to check voltage at the plug if so what two points should i test

 

by the way im 19 dont know alot but i know the basics and then some so im trying to do it myself instead of paying someone else to do it
