I dont know how it got fixed it but I'm not getting my code anymore. I'm hope the cause was a small build up of carbon. I had a can of seafoam in my garage I was planning on using for my boat so I poured it into the vacuum line from the brake booster. A few days after that I bought a can of seafoam cleaner and lube and sprayed it into my throttle body. I have driven about 600 miles and the Blazer runs smooth as can be up hills. Today I drove 75 mph up a hill that I used to get the SES light turn on doing 65 mph. My RPMs stay right at the 2K mark instead of jumping up to 2,250 doing 70 up hills.

I guess the true test will be when I try to pull my boat in a few months.

(Knocks on wood everything stays fixed).
