Sucks that it couldn't get fixed. But sounds like you got a nice score in the end!. Looking foward to seeing the new ride

Well it probably could be fixed but too much work and money...

I have to check the went tube on the gas filler, it chokes when filling gas. But that would be an easy fix I guess.

Hey!....I have that same one! Sure wish the paint on mine looked that good. Arizona sun has cracked the clear coat on mine.
What are those rubber things on top of the front bumper for?

They are headlight washers, It's mandatory in Sweden.
There is a special tank in the grill for washing fluid for the headlights. It will spray cleaning fluid on the headlight when you wash your front window if the headlights are on.

Yes paint is great except for left part of the hood where 2nd owners kids one winter used it for sliding down over the window and hood out on the ground. It has been in the very northern part and the get a lot of snow so it was burried up to the headlights. Easy for those damn kids to climb up on the car and have fun.

Looks nice! My 2000 is the same color, but doesn't look nearly as good.

Looks like your wife likes it, too!
